Every three months, we source and roast a new blend specifically to play well with steamed milk as a way to keep our espresso offerings exciting yet reliable. This time we decided to create TWO different yet equally pleasing roast profiles for the same coffees. And so we present to you, GOOD BOY and BAD DOG.


BAD DOG is a slightly darker roast profile with deep berry and fig fruit notes and a silky dark chocolate body.

Recommended shot: 19 gram dose, 37 gram output over 24 seconds
