This coffee comes from a group of roughly 140 women coffee producers, all farm owners and heads of household in the Cauca region of Colombia called “Asociación de Mujeres Productoras Agropecuarias del Cauca” (association of women agricultural producers of Cauca.)Now in their 22nd year of operation, AMACA focuses on producing high-quality coffee to reinvest into their farms and villages. Our importing partners at Cafe Imports in Minnesota pay a premium above the price of the coffee itself to aid in supporting to group’s goals of improving the quality of life for their members and their members’ families. We’re thrilled to offer their very excellent coffee to you and play a part in supporting their efforts as well.
