Purchased by Isidrio Battle in the 1920s, the farm Las Nubes (meaning “the clouds”) was named for its high altitude and spectacluar vistas. Las Nubes has been producing coffee for almost 100 years now, and they’ve been focusing on improving processing and cultivating quality coffee. This lot of Bourbon variety could be considered their flagship coffee: it is clean, balanced and sweet and a benchmark for quality coffee in El Salvador.
