Aricha is the name of the washing station where this coffee is collected, processed and dried. Many small-holding farmers bring ripe coffee cherries to be sorted and formed into lots based upon cup profile. With the high altitude, fantastic native coffee varieties and tried-and-true traditional processing methods used at Aricha washing station, we expect great tasting coffees every year. This harvest is no exception… bright, floral and juicy citrus qualities abound in this exemplary cup of Ethiopian coffee.
