This lot represents the work of around 850 farmers in the town of Shakisso, Ethiopia who bring their coffee to the Jigesa Mill to be bought and processed.  The coffee in this bag is a natural processed coffee, meaning the whole cherries are laid out to dry in the sun intact before being hulled down to the seed. The result is a jammy, sun-baked fruity and sweet quality that shines through in the cup.
