El Diamante comes from the farm “El Huyacan” owned and operated by Antonio Regalado Diaz. Sitting at an astonishing 1750 meters above sea level, the farm is perfectly positioned to grow coffee of exceptional quality. Antonio takes advantage of the climate and conditions, farming Bourbon, Caturra and Typica varieties and taking great care to pick ripe and process well. This is, so far, the best coffee we’ve tasted out of Peru and we’re excited to what the future holds for Antonio and El Huyacan.
