Brazil Fazenda Cruzeiro Natural Process
Ivan Junqueira Ribeiro owns Fazenda Cruzeiro (fazenda is Portuguese for farm) a farm in Brazil’s Campo das Vertentes region. In operation since 1923, the estate grows a wise range of different coffee varieties and processes the majority as naturals, letting them dry on cement patios in the sun. This lot of Catuai variety exhibits some of the best flavors of classic Brazilian coffee; smooth mouthfeel, chocolate and nutty sweetness with mild citrus acidity.
