Didier Burgos has been living at La Primavera for 25 years with his wife and two children; taking care of 80,000 coffee trees on 75 acres of farm. Didier says that everything he knows about coffee he owes to his parents who were also coffee growers and dreams that one day his children and grandchildren will take care of the farm. Didier also grows fruit and vegetables that help preserve the biodiversity of the area.
