This lot of coffee from small-holding producers in Tolima represents a new step for us. We’ve partnered with Equation Coffee, a Colombian-owned and operated importer, focusing solely on bringing beautiful coffees from Colombia to the rest of the world. The same group that manages La Palma y El Tucan, Equation is working to source coffee from all over Colombia in ways that emphasize quality, innovation, social impact and eco-friendly practices. We’re very excited to have our go-to Colombian offering come to us through Equation… it’s a delicious classic cup with complex fruitiness and a silky mouthfeel.
